STANDARD FACILITIES:
Bed linen and towels are provided. Please note that we do not provide beach towels. The property will be fully cleaned in anticipation of your arrival and linen will be changed on a weekly basis. Personal meet and Greet Service included.

AVAILABILITY:
On booking, a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total cost is due. The outstanding balance is due eight weeks prior to your arrival. A security deposit of 300 Euros is also required. This is payable at the same time as the outstanding balance and will be refunded to you in full providing that no damage has been caused to the property, its contents, fixtures or fittings. We will of course discuss any deductions with you.
